When Cleader took on the Talkweb project, our mission was to create a Workspace Strategy that honored their technical depth while fueling innovation through a highly structured environment.
The Neural Network: Lighting and Workstations The most striking visual narrative in the new headquarters is the custom hexagonal lighting grid. These luminous nodes mirror the network logic of Talkweb’s business. Below this "logic map," the strategic placement of office desks creates a clear, efficient flow. By utilizing a high-density benching system, we’ve ensured that the workstations act as stable anchors for the technical teams, providing the reliable infrastructure needed for large-scale IT development.
Structured Efficiency: The Ergonomics of Success A tech giant’s output depends on the comfort of its people. For Talkweb, we moved away from rigid cubicles to an open-plan layout featuring sleek, low-partition office desks. This design promotes transparency while the high-performance office chairs provide the necessary support for long hours of coding. We specifically selected ergonomic office chairs with breathable mesh backrests to ensure thermal comfort and lumbar support, directly impacting employee well-being and productivity.
