Cleader leveraged its strong manufacturing capabilities to complete furniture delivery and installation across a six-floor office space within 180 days, providing thousands of employees with high-quality, flexible, and agile workspace solutions.
As the furniture supplier for this project, Cleader was responsible for the full supply and installation of agile workstation systems, conference tables, collaborative tables, storage cabinets, and supporting office furniture across the client’s six-floor headquarters.

Cleader’s production base is equipped with complete steel frame processing, panel cutting, and assembly production lines. The workstation system’s steel legs are manufactured using automated welding and electrostatic powder coating processes. Desktop panels are cut and edge-banded in-house to ensure strict quality control for every module before shipment. Conference tables with irregular-shaped tabletops, modular seating elements in collaboration areas, and cabinet components are also produced using automated cutting and processing equipment, significantly shortening the delivery cycle for customized products.

The delivered products in this project are centered on Cleader’s workstation system, complemented by conference tables, collaborative tables, and storage cabinet series.
The workstation system features a modular design, supporting single-person desks, face-to-face dual workstations, and four-person cluster configurations. Desk height is adjustable to accommodate different user needs, including sitting and sit-stand hybrid working modes. Integrated cable management channels are hidden within the structure, allowing flexible expansion of power, network, and USB interfaces. Partition screens between workstations are available in acoustic felt or fabric materials, effectively reducing noise in open office areas while providing visual privacy.

The conference table series offers multiple size options, with tabletops available in wood veneer or melamine finishes, supported by durable steel frames for stability. The collaboration area includes round and oval casual meeting tables paired with modular lounge seating and high stools, creating flexible and informal communication spaces. The storage cabinet series includes sliding-door cabinets, wall-mounted cabinets, and mobile pedestals, maintaining a unified surface material and color system with the workstation design, ensuring a clean and consistent office aesthetic.

The project faced challenges of large scale and a tight timeline. After receiving the order, Cleader quickly initiated its internal production plan, relying on its in-house modular manufacturing capabilities to schedule production in batches:
Production scheduling: Parallel production was adopted. Steel frames, desktops, partitions, and cable management components were manufactured simultaneously across different production lines to shorten overall production time.

Quality control: Quality inspection checkpoints were established at each stage. All products underwent pre-assembly before shipment to ensure error-free on-site installation. Steel welding joints were tested for load-bearing strength, and fabric panels were checked for color consistency.
Floor-by-floor delivery: Products were packed and shipped in batches by floor. The first batch accounted for approximately 20% of the total volume, followed by subsequent batches at around 15% intervals, ensuring continuous installation progress on site.

All panels used in this project are E0-grade environmentally friendly substrates, with formaldehyde emission levels compliant with international standards. Desktop surfaces are finished with melamine laminate, offering durability, heat resistance, and easy cleaning.
Steel frames are made with tubing thickness of over 1.5mm and treated with a three-step process: acid washing, phosphating, and electrostatic powder coating for anti-corrosion performance.

Workstation partitions use a composite structure of acoustic felt and high-density boards. Fabric colors can be customized according to the overall design requirements of each floor. Cable management systems feature fully enclosed channels with internal dividers to separate high and low voltage wiring, ensuring electrical safety. Desk edges are finished with 2mm PVC edging and rounded corners to prevent impact injuries.

The project was completed within 180 days, covering furniture supply and installation across six office floors. Delivered products included agile workstation systems, conference tables, collaborative tables, storage cabinets, and supporting office furniture.
After completion, employees were able to work seamlessly across multiple scenarios: collaborative work in open workstation areas, formal discussions in meeting rooms, and informal communication in collaboration zones—achieving a flexible, multi-scenario office environment.

“Cleader’s product quality and delivery efficiency exceeded our expectations. From order placement to installation completion, the entire process was very smooth. The workstation cable management design is very practical, and the desktop durability is excellent. Most importantly, they were able to deliver such a large order in a short time, and the installation team was highly professional with almost no rework on site.”— Facilities Manager of the Project Client Company
